1) What is the Kaiser Permanente small group quote tool?
It is a website where small groups and brokers can generate online quotes based on a specific group census and product offering.

2) How long does is the registration process?
Your login information is typically approved in 1 – 2 business days. Once you are approved you can begin quoting immediately.

3) What do I do if I forgot my password or user ID?
On the sign on page, select the Forgot user ID or password link. You will be directed to the Username and Password recovery screen. Enter your email address and click Continue. Your user ID and a new password will be sent to your email address.

4) How do I create a new password?
Sign in to the quoting tool and select My account settings on the left of the screen. The link directs you to the User Account screen. Enter your new password twice in the spaces provided and choose Register.

5) What software is required to download and upload a census?
You will need Microsoft Excel to use this feature on the site.

6) Can my quotes be viewed by other users?
No, your quotes can not be viewed by other users.
